This spectacular beachfront villa provides a relaxing space that will meet your highest expectations for a great stay. It can accommodate up to 14+ people and is located within the most exclusive beach resort on the Mexican Pacific coast: PUNTA IXTAPA.

The two master suites have a bed bigger than a king, a spacious bathroom with a tub and walk-in closet, and an ocean-view terrace with chairs to relax in. The four double suites have 2 queen beds, a full bathroom, and an ocean-view terrace; there are also 3 rooms with 2 bunk beds each, a full bathroom, and a closet. All rooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans.

Our chef, with a fully equipped kitchen, is also at your service to prepare all your meals until 6:00 p.m. A housekeeper is also at your service to clean, serve you drinks, and keep everything running smoothly during your stay (also until 6:00 p.m.). If more than 8 people are staying at the villa, a second housekeeper is required for an additional cost.

The villa has its own 25-meter pool with a spacious terrace, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the stunning ocean view with the “morros” rock formations on the horizon. A large triple reception area, living room, and bar area are the main relaxation zone, surrounded by a beautiful garden full of exotic vegetation.

To enjoy your meals, you can choose between three spots we offer: the formal dining room, the breakfast terrace, or the lunch pavilion; we also have a special ocean-view spot right on the cliff, where you can enjoy watching and listening to the waves crash against it.

There’s also a media room available, with a high-definition TV and full SKY TV.

Two beaches are steps away from the villa:

“Las Cuatas” beach, with 2 private beaches

“Playa Quieta” is a calm beach, ideal for running, walking, or waterskiing.

Ixtapa offers one of the most beautiful paved running trails, running through all of Ixtapa, from the marina, through wild vegetation, and finally reaching Playa Linda.

This property is not suitable for young children, and the host does not allow pets, smoking, or parties.
