It has a fully equipped kitchen with all utensils, a TV, a terrace dining area, A/C in every room, a gym, 2 padel courts, and a play area. It has a unique ocean view and is one of the few apartments with direct access to the pool and restaurant.

The apartment has 5 bedrooms, suitable for up to 10 people. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a spacious terrace, a hammock, chairs, and tables to enjoy the sunrise from the comfort of your room.

It has 2 bedrooms on the first floor and the other three on the second. All with their own full bathroom. The terrace is spacious, perfect for the whole family to sit down for breakfast at the dining table and enjoy an incredible ocean view. It has common areas with an infinity pool and a bar where you can order your favorite food and drink. It also has a full gym with an incredible ocean view to keep you motivated. You can reach the beach via a beautiful 8-minute natural walk to Playa Las Brisas.
