Casa Velero - Playa Blanca is an entire beachfront property of approximately 800 m² in a quiet, largely undeveloped area near Barra de Potosí. The home offers expansive ocean views, a pool, and a hot tub for a private stay with family or friends.
The accommodation
The property consists of four self-contained apartments: two upstairs and two downstairs. Each apartment has a full kitchen, dining area, private living room, and independent bathrooms, allowing large groups to stay together while retaining private spaces.
The ten bedrooms contain fourteen beds and accommodate up to twenty guests. Sleeping arrangements include king, queen, and double beds.
Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, pool, hot tub, and beachfront. Four parking spaces are available inside the property. The caretaker welcomes guests, opens the house, and provides the keys at check-in.
Other things to note
Cleaning service is included, and cooking assistance can be arranged. Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m., and check-out is before 11:00 a.m. Pets are not allowed. Rates and any additional services must be confirmed before booking.
