Welcome to Casa Il Sole, a luxurious villa located in Desarrollo Arcano, one of the most exclusive residential condominiums in Ixtapa Zihuatanejo. This incredible house has been completely renovated and tastefully decorated in an elegant way. 5 master/family bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and a walk-in closet.
The villa has a staff of 3, who make sure guests enjoy a wonderful vacation and are trained to provide 5-star, hotel-quality service.
The accommodation

No detail has been spared in this incredible villa. The fully equipped chef’s kitchen has, among other things, an oven, microwave, wine fridge, dishwasher, etc. The family living area has an outdoor dining table under a huge palapa with a lounge terrace, a breakfast area, sun loungers, and a hammock. The outdoor area has an infinity pool and jacuzzi, a bathroom, and an air-conditioned “storm room” with a comfortable sofa where guests can enjoy movies on a rainy day.
The bedrooms are designed to be the main rooms. The upstairs master suite has a king-size bed, a sitting area, and a private terrace with a jacuzzi. All bedrooms have air conditioning and, most importantly, enjoy extraordinary ocean views.

Casa Il Sole is located in Arcano, a gated community with 24-hour security, between Porto and Finestre.
Guests enjoy access to a private beach club with an infinity pool, restaurant and bar service, beach cabanas, a ping-pong table and beach volleyball, 2 tennis courts, and 2 padel courts.
Arcano is home to only 21 exclusive villas that share more than 250 meters of private beach.
