This condominium requires a Snack Bar deposit of $1,000 MXN in cash to open an account; additionally, a one-time payment of $350 MXN in cash per guest is required for the wristband, paid directly at the front desk on arrival, for use of the shared pool, gym, snack bar, padel courts, and beach areas with loungers and chairs.

The condominium has 24-hour security, making it very safe, and has two parking spaces.

If needed, we can provide housekeeping and cook service for an additional cost, as well as airport transportation to your accommodation, whether by car or Suburban.

You can also rent yachts, sailboats, a fishing boat, or horses to ride, bikes, and surfboards through us.

This property is not suitable for young children, and the host does not allow pets, smoking, or parties.
